Forget your old meatloaf recipe, and try one of our tasty new ones. Many of these recipes are little twists on your favorite homemade meatloaf recipes, but others are really different. Have you ever tried a pepper jack cheese meatloaf? We didn’t think so!
Mini Meatloaves
Ingredients
■2 lbs. ground beef
■one 15-oz. can Spanish rice
■2 eggs
■1/4 C. instant minced onion
■1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
Combine ground beef, rice, eggs, onion, and salt. Put into 10 custard cups. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
Turkey Meatloaf with Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Ingredients
■1 lb. ground turkey
■1 med. onion, chopped
■1 C. fresh bread crumbs
■1 egg, beaten
■1/2 C. pine nuts, toasted
■12 sun-dried, oil-packed tomatoes, drained and chopped
■1/3 C. milk
■2 tsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
■2 tsp. fresh oregano, chopped
■pepper, to taste
■salt, optional
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Transfer mixture to an 8x4 inch loaf pan. Bake about 50 minutes until loaf pulls away form the side of the pan and the the top is golden brown.
Luxembourg Meatloaf
Time needed
15 minutes preparation + 90 minutes cooking
Ingredients
■2 lbs. hamburger
■3 eggs
■1 C. grated carrots
■1 C. onions, finely chopped
■1 C. bread crumbs
■1/2 C. V8 juice
■1 tsp. salt
■1 tsp. pepper
■1/2 tsp. celery salt
■1/4 tsp. nutmeg
■1 can cream of mushroom soup
■1 C. water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients, except the mushroom soup and water. Place mixure into an ungreased 9x13x2-inch baking pan. Spread mixure evenly and add the cup of water. Bake for 1 hour. Remove from oven, spread the can of cream of mushroom soup over the top, and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
Michelle's Everything Meatloaf
Ingredients
■2 lb. ground beef
■1 1/2 C. bread crumbs
■1 egg
■splash of milk
■1/2 C. mozzarella cheese
■1 large chopped onion
■1 small can of tomato paste
■1/2 tsp. salt
■1/4 tsp. pepper
■1/2 tsp. oregano
■1/2 tsp. parsley
■1/4 tsp. powdered garlic
■1/4 tsp. basil
Directions
Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, and milk together. Mix the rest of the ingredients except mozarella with the tomato paste. Fill loaf pan with half of the meat mixture and top with cheese and tomato mixture. Cover with the last of the meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour.
Meatloaf
This recipe is a bit different, but it's still the very best meatloaf I've ever tasted.
Ingredients
■1 half lb. hamburger
■1 can corned beef hash of your choice
■1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
■1 14.5-oz. can French style green beans
■1 14.5-oz. can sliced carrots
■1 sm. can corn
■1 C. cheese crackers, smashed
■1 Tbs. onion powder
■1 Tbs. dill weed
■1 Tbs. tomato chicken seasoning
■3 lg. whole eggs
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together in a glass bread pan. Mix by hand to ensure that all ingredients are blended well. Bake meatloaf in oven at 350 degrees.
Best Ever Meatloaf
Time needed
10 minutes preparation + 75 minutes cooking
Ingredients
■2 lb. ground beef
■1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup (Regular or Healthy Request®)
■1 envelope (about 1 oz.) dry onion soup and recipe mix
■1/2 C. dry bread crumbs
■1 egg, beaten
■1/4 C. water
Directions
Thoroughly mix the beef, 1/2 cup tomato soup, onion soup mix, bread crumbs and egg in a large bowl. Place the mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan and firmly shape into an 8 x 4-inch loaf. Bake at 350°F. for 1 hour 15 minutes or until the meatloaf is cooked through. Let the meatloaf stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Heat 2 tablespoons pan drippings, remaining tomato soup and water in a 1-quart saucepan over medium heat until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Serve the sauce with the meatloaf.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with a steamed vegetable blend. For dessert serve brownies.

Pepper Jack Cheese Meatloaf
Time needed
15 minutes preparation + 45 to 60 minutes cooking
Ingredients
■1 lb. ground beef
■1 lb. ground turkey
■1 med. onion, chopped
■1 med. green bell pepper, chopped
■1 egg, beaten
■2 Tbs. Worchestershire sauce
■1/2 C. ketchup
■2 Tbs. seasoning salt
■1 dash salt and pepper
■1 C. crushed Pepper Jack flavored Cheese Nip crackers
■6 slices Pepper Jack cheeses
■1/4 C. chili sauce (for topping)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except Pepper Jack cheese slices and chili sauce. Cut the meat mixture in half. Place the half mixture on a greased deep jelly roll pan, put 6 cheese slices on top of the half meat mixture then put the other half meat mixture on top of the cheese slices. Top with chili sauce. Bake for 45-60 minutes. The cheese slices in between the meat mixture will melt.
My Beef Sausage and Veal Meatloaf
Time needed
1 hrs hours preparation + 2 hours cooking
Ingredients
■3 lbs. ground beef sirloin
■1 lb. ground veal
■1 pkg. Jimmy Dean sage sausage
■1 onion, chopped
■2 stalks celery, chopped
■4 garlic cloves
■4 strips bacon, uncooked
■1 green pepper, chopped
■1 tsp. dill weed
■1/2 C. ketchup
■1 Tbs. prepared horseradish
■2 eggs, beaten
■salt and pepper
■1 tsp. thyme
■1 tsp. dry mustard
■1 tsp. allspice
■2 C. tomato sauce
■1 C. whole tomatoes, crushed
■2 C. coca cola
■1 jigger sherry wine
■1 1/2 C. brown sugar
■grey poupon mustard
Directions
Place all three meats in a bowl and mix well with your hands. Add eggs and mix well. Add salt and pepper, dill and horseradish and mix well Form 2 oblong loaves and place into an 11x12-inch glass baking dish.
Pat loaves until firm and pour tomato sauce and crushed up tomatoes around sides of loaves. Spread grey poupon mustard on top of loaves and pat brown sugar into mustard. Place garlic bud on top of each loaf. Place bacon strips on top of each loaf (2 each). Place loaves in 400-degree oven for about 20 minutes then pour dark molasses over loaves. Pour a dash of sherry wine over the top of each loaf. Pour coca cola over loaves. Baste often from juices around sides of loaves. Reduce oven to 375 degrees and cook for another 60 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle top with parsley. Squeeze lemon on top, pour sauce in gravy bowl and serve.
Meatloaf
Time needed
10 minutes preparation + 1 hours cooking
Ingredients
■1/2 C. breadcrumbs
■2 eggs
■3 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
■1 C. chopped onion
■1/3 C. ketchup
■1 Tbs. garlic powder
■1/2 tsp. salt
■1/2 tsp. ground pepper
■1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mash breadcrumbs, eggs and Worcestershire sauce in large bowl until smooth paste forms. Mix in onion, ketchup, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add beef and mix thoroughly.
Mound meat mixture in 13x9x2-inch baking pan, shaping into an 8x4-inch loaf. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
